We provide Septic Inspections and Hydraulic Load Tests in Lebanon, Berks, Lancaster, Dauphin and Schuylkill Counties and most of east and central Pennsylvania. We are PSMA/NOF certified and follow PSMA/NOF inspection protocol. We have the tools to locate and inspect the septic system at your new home and will provide you with the information you need to make informed decisions concerning the purchase, operation and maintenance of a home with an onlot septic system.

Township or municipal pumping

Many municipalities require septic tanks to be pumped out every 3 years. The municipalities also require a brief form to be filled out and questions answered regarding the septic system. Although it is sometimes called an inspection, this is only a brief visual evaluation that does not address how the septic system is actually working. A PSMA/NOF inspection is much more in depth and involves probing the system to determine how well the system is working. Data gathered about the system is then compared to the PSMA standards for a properly working septic system and a determination given as to the system being satisfactory or unsatisfactory.
